We deliver worldwide; If your desired delivery country is not displayed in the country selection in the ordering process, please contact us. Shipping is always from our manufactory in Solingen, Germany. The shipping costs depend on the order value and the selected delivery location and are displayed in the shopping cart.

The delivery time depends on the product and the selected delivery country. For each item, the time until delivery is given directly in the product display. If, contrary to expectations, the ordered product cannot be delivered on time, we will inform you immediately. Errors are always reserved. If a product is available immediately, it will be shipped immediately. Deliveries within Germany usually take 2-3 working days, deliveries within the EU up to 5 working days depending on the country. Delivery times outside the EU can take up to 10 working days depending on the country; on request we can give you a more precise delivery time in individual cases.

Express deliveries are also possible on request; additional costs are incurred for these, which we will inform you of in advance in individual cases.

Depending on the place of delivery, we ship with UPS, DHL or, especially for shipments to countries outside the EU, with various forwarding and transport companies. As soon as your package leaves our manufactory, you will automatically be sent a shipping confirmation.
