All Nesmuk wooden boards are made with the greatest care from the heartwood of German oak - the heartwood is the oldest and most valuable part of a trunk. The individual strips are selected by hand and joined together to form the characteristic pattern. The fine surface sanding and the final treatment with natural linseed oil and beeswax give the silky sheen.

 

Practical juice gutter

The cutting board is equipped with a generously dimensioned juice groove, which is very easy to maintain. In addition, the groove is deliberately incorporated only on two sides, so that the smooth surface can be easily scraped off the food to be cut; for example, directly onto a plate, which fits easily into the extra-wide recessed handles. The cutting board is manufactured in two sizes and is available natural light or traditional dark smoked.
