The Palatina workshop in Großkarlbach has many years of tradition. Once a winery, then for many years without use and abandoned to the ravages of time, the nineties saw the emergence of the "workshop and gallery in aging walls" as it is today... supplemented by the Palatina wine bar, which since 2022 offers a wide selection of wines in the garden.
