Each Nesmuk product is manufactured with the aim of impeccable perfection and is extensively tested several times before it leaves our factory. Should you nevertheless wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us in advance.

You can return or exchange all Nesmuk products that you bought in this online store or ordered by phone without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Further information on your right of withdrawal can also be found in the corresponding menu item "Withdrawal".

The basic prerequisite for taking back the goods and refunding the full purchase price is that the goods are returned complete and undamaged; Products that have obviously been used and are therefore no longer salable cannot be taken back and refunded.

Products personalized by engraving are generally excluded from revocation.

In the context of the revocation, you bear the costs of the return; in the case of deliveries of incorrect or defective goods, we will of course assume the costs of returning the goods as part of the exchange.

Once we have received and checked the products you have returned, we will exchange them or refund the invoice amount, preferably in the same way that the payment was made.
