Fine steel structure thanks to
patented high-performance steel
Fine grinding for
precise cutting
The outstanding cutting properties of the Soul collection cannot be achieved with conventional stainless steel grades. Nesmuk therefore developed a very special type of steel processing that ensures unrivaled sharpness and durability at the same time. Unusually thin-ground blades, precision craftsmanship: this is how Nesmuk creates some of the lightest and sharpest knives in the world.
The little all-rounder
in the kitchen
The Nesmuk SOUL 140 chef's knife with a blade length of 140 mm is the small all-purpose knife from our manufacture and ideally suited for slicing or dicing vegetables. The blade is also slightly higher and thus conveys a plus in safety. The delicate knife handle with its functional ergonomics ensures optimal control. This makes it the perfect knife for all those who otherwise like to use small paring knives.
At the cutting bevel is the classic V - grind. This means that it can be used without any problems by both right-handed and left-handed users.
Aesthetic and ergonomic
Ergonomic and solid handles for fatigue-free work: The design of the Nesmuk handle is as aesthetic as it is practical. For the wooden handles, Nesmuk uses only the best, often hand-picked pieces of exquisite quality. With wood as a naturally grown material, each handle is unique due to its individual grain, color shades and inclusions.
Good cooks have respect for
food.
Factory farming. Mass cultivation. Mass production. - Quantity instead of quality. We live in an "abundance and throwaway society" that has forgotten how to properly value what feeds us. This starts with production, continues with processing and ends with consumption.
Good cooks have respect for food. They have the necessary respect and work with the utmost care and dedication. Respect is also reflected in the high craftsmanship, quality and sharpness of Nesmuk knives. Numerous top chefs around the world support Nesmuk's attitude as ambassadors: giving food the respect it deserves.
