Every Nesmuk product is manufactured under the claim of flawless perfection and extensively tested several times before it leaves our manufactory. Should you nevertheless wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us in advance.

You can return or exchange all Nesmuk products that you have purchased in this online store or ordered by telephone without giving any reasons within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You can also find more information about your right of withdrawal in the corresponding menu item "Withdrawal".

The basic condition for taking back the goods and refunding the full purchase price is that the goods are returned complete and undamaged; products that have obviously been used and are therefore no longer saleable cannot be taken back and refunded.

Products personalized by engraving are generally excluded from revocation.

Within the scope of the revocation you bear the costs of the return; in case of deliveries of wrong or defective goods we naturally bear the costs of the return within the scope of the exchange.

In any case, please contact us first before returning the goods in order to ensure that the process is as simple as possible and that your return is correctly assigned:

After receiving and inspecting the products you have returned, we will make an appropriate exchange or refund the invoice amount, preferably by the same method by which payment was made.
