Delivery

We ship worldwide; if your desired country of delivery is not displayed in the country selection in the ordering process, please contact us. Shipping is always from our manufactory in Solingen, Germany. The shipping costs depend on the order value and the selected delivery location and are displayed in the shopping cart.

The delivery time depends on the product and the selected delivery country. For each item, the time to delivery is indicated directly in the product display. If, contrary to expectations, the ordered product is not available in time, we will inform you immediately. Errors are always reserved. If a product is immediately available, it will be shipped immediately. Deliveries within Germany usually take 2-3 business days, deliveries within the EU up to 5 business days depending on the country. Delivery times outside the EU can take up to 10 working days depending on the country; on request, we can provide you with a more precise delivery time in individual cases.

Express deliveries are also possible on request; these incur additional costs, which we will inform you of specifically in advance in each individual case.

We ship depending on the place of delivery with UPS, DHL or especially for shipments to countries outside the EU with different forwarding and transport companies. As soon as your package leaves our manufactory, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you automatically.
