The Nemsuk Folder is as sophisticated and extraordinary as the Nesmuk Folder itself: The core made of smoked oak, carries two tough, fine-pored leather straps, which are coated with a coarse and a fine diamond paste. Three to four strokes on both sides of the cutting edge over the two leather sides - first coarse, then fine - are enough to keep the blade both gently and permanently sharp.
