Christian Eckhardt accompanied the reopening of the PURS restaurant as head chef in 2017. He was awarded two Michelin stars in his first year there. After his training, he gained experience at Restaurant Bareiss in Baiersbronn, Restaurant Aqua in Wolfsburg and Schloss Schauenstein in Switzerland - all of which were awarded three stars in the Michelin Guide. To date, Christian can look back on many successful years as a chef and is one of the 30 best chefs in Germany.
