Kai Weigand

Kai Weigand has already worked his way up mightily with his young years. After his apprenticeship at the Landhaus Tanner, he spent several years in the restaurants of the two-star and TV chef Tim Raue, where he honed his skills in the two-star restaurant, but also in the Brasserie Colette and Sra Bua. As head chef at Gutshaus Stolpe, he cooked up a Michelin star before moving to Hamburg in April 2022, where he is now putting his own spin on the Peruvian-Japanese menu at the NIKKEI NINE restaurant on the Binnenalster.
