He discovered his passion for cooking as a child and dreamed of one day standing at the stove himself. After a thorough training at Schwingshackls Esskultur in Bernried and on Lake Tegernsee, he has been able to gain valuable experience in some of the best restaurants over the last ten years.

Always attached to his homeland, his stations have taken him to the renowned Hangar 7, Restaurant Ikarus in Salzburg, Il Giardino in Bad Griesbach (under Denis Feix, then awarded two Michelin stars), as well as Lukas Restaurant and Lukas Steak in Schärding. Most recently, he was head chef at the Landgasthof Zum Müller in Ruderting.

Now a long-cherished dream is coming true: he wants to bring his passion and creativity to the plate with his own restaurant. His dishes are down-to-earth and authentic - an invitation to enjoy culinary ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.

The entire team looks forward to preparing unforgettable moments of pleasure for you. The "Chef's Table", which is designed in a horseshoe shape around the open kitchen, takes center stage. The atmosphere here is relaxed and informal: approachable cuisine, friendly "on a first-name basis" service and the opportunity to chat - about food, wine or simply about God and the world. If you like, you can look over the kitchen team's shoulders, ask questions, take photos or chat with other guests. In this special environment, you literally have a front row seat to a unique culinary experience.

The menu follows the seasons and is based on high-quality, seasonal products. Requests and adjustments - be it for intolerances, specific courses or vegetarian alternatives - are gladly taken into consideration. Please note that a vegan menu cannot be offered.

For guests who prefer a more private atmosphere, the Séparée offers space for up to 15 people. It is the perfect choice for smaller celebrations, business meetings or family gatherings. In the summer months, the sheltered terrace invites you to linger.
