He discovered his passion for cooking as a child and dreamed of one day standing at the stove himself. After a thorough training at Schwingshackls Esskultur in Bernried and on Lake Tegernsee, he has been able to gain valuable experience in some of the best restaurants over the last ten years.
Always attached to his homeland, his stations have taken him to the renowned Hangar 7, Restaurant Ikarus in Salzburg, Il Giardino in Bad Griesbach (under Denis Feix, then awarded two Michelin stars), as well as Lukas Restaurant and Lukas Steak in Schärding. Most recently, he was head chef at the Landgasthof Zum Müller in Ruderting.
Now a long-cherished dream is coming true: he wants to bring his passion and creativity to the plate with his own restaurant. His dishes are down-to-earth and authentic - an invitation to enjoy culinary ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.
