Fabian Timmer completed his training as a chef in the Schützengesellschaft am Brill under the predecessor Herbert Lorenz.He then worked in various Michelin-starred restaurants, including "De Librije" in Zwolle, Netherlands (3 Michelin stars) and "Im Schiffchen" in Düsseldorf (2 Michelin stars). In 2010, he moved to Käfer Partyservice in Munich, where he later held the position of head chef and hosted exclusive events worldwide.

From fire welding and forging, hardening, tempering and grinding the hollow grind to assembling the handle. The production of a Nesmuk EXKLUSIV knife takes almost four dozen steps. The result is exceptional sharpness.
